Job Summary
- We are seeking a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests.
- The ideal candidate will manage bookings, welcome clients, and ensure a smooth and relaxing guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and manage check-in/check-out procedures
- Schedule spa appointments and handle inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Provide excellent customer service and support spa operations
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 1 – 2 years work experience.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in MS Office or booking software
