Job Title: Stationery Stores Manager

Job Identification: 1415

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities 

  • Generate and analyze min-max planning report from EBS to identify stationery items that require replenishment
  • Make purchase requisition for items that require replenishment using the I-procurement module of EBS
  • Resolves branches complaints and problems related to stationery in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure adequate capturing of inventory into the system by reviewing captured entries.
  • Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system
  • Direct the store layout and design for stocking items
  • Ensure preparation of monthly proof of stock account to Internal Control and Enhancement and Financial Control.
  • Coordinate the disposal of obsolete stationery items
  • Take appropriate stock of inventories on monthly basis and render returns to FINCON
  • Produce daily report to ensure key critical areas of the sock system are controlled and any discrepancies addressed and resolved
  • Coordinate store operations, policies and procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and inventory movement
  • Maintain adequate store supplies from contractors
  • Perform on the spot stock checks
  • Maintain exceptional customer service and ensure the subordinates also provide same level of service
  • Review inventory reports e.g. quantity, type and value of materials
  • Manage all store operational issues, to include store administrative duties, physical inventories
  • Conduct regular store meetings with all store employees
  • Ensure employee awareness of safety and emergency procedures
  • Ensure stock bin cards are regularly updated
  • Maintain open dialogue with other management staff to coordinate activities and improve performance and productivity
  • Ensuring the availability of stationery items
  • Planning and supervision of the distribution of stationery items
  • Comply with the principles and policies in the information security handbook

Requirements

  • Minimum Education: First degree (or equivalent) in any discipline
  • Possession of Higher Degree(s) and/or relevant professional certification (an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience
