Job Summary

  • The Graduate Intern will work within the Organization to gain practical experience and contribute to various projects and initiatives. This internship is designed to provide recent graduates with exposure to the industry and the opportunity to develop skills in a real-world work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects across different departments.
  • Research: Conduct research on industry trends, market analysis, and competitor information to support decision-making.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
  • Documentation: Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation related to projects.
  • Learning and Development: Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Complete various tasks and assignments as directed by supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2nd class Upper or Upper Credit in Social Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering or related field .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in MS office suite is a plus.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning and a strong work ethic.
