Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Store Coordinator to join our skincare company.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the store while driving customer engagement and sales.
  • With a focus on skincare products, the Store Coordinator will combine exceptional marketing, social media savvy, and interpersonal skills to deliver an outstanding shopping experience and drive traffic to the physical store.

Key Responsibilities
Store Operations:

  • Oversee daily store activities, ensuring a clean, organized, and visually appealing environment.
  • Manage stock levels and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  • Maintain and enhance the store’s branding and presentation standards.
  • Operates the Point-of-Sale System effectively in keeping sales records and receipts.

Sales and Customer Engagement:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and offering advice on skincare products.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
  • Utilize basic skincare knowledge to recommend appropriate products tailored to customer needs.

Marketing and Social Media:

  • Collaborate with the social media manager to develop and execute social media strategies to promote the store and its products.
  • Create engaging content to drive traffic to the store and increase online visibility.
  • Utilize different types of marketing strategies and tools to drive traffic to the store.

Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve customer retention.
  • Coordinate promotional events, workshops, and in-store activities to attract and engage clients.
  • Track and report on sales performance, offering insights for optimization.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the media, operations and other teams to align strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Provide feedback on product trends and customer preferences.

Requirements, Qualifications and Skills

  • Female only
  • Proven experience in the beauty or skincare industry (luxury segment preferred).
  • Social media savvy with a strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Experience in selling high-end products, with excellent marketing and presentation skills.
  • Basic knowledge of skincare and product application.
  • Digitally literate, with proficiency in tools for content creation, data tracking, and reporting.
  • Ability to drive traffic to the store through creative marketing strategies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Previous experience in retail or sales is an added advantage.
