Location: San Francisco, CA

Company Stage of Funding: Early-stage startup (Series A)

Office Type: Onsite (In-person in SF, North Beach office)

Salary: $90,000 – $150,000 plus competitive equity

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the front-line champion for customer success, transforming new users into passionate, lifelong platform advocates
  • Lead strategic projects designed to improve conversion rates and fill a larger percentage of roles
  • Take ownership of complex customer hiring challenges – whether it’s building an engineering team with security clearance, finding executive talent post-funding, or sourcing specialized researchers in international markets
  • Turn unstructured processes into scalable systems
  • Work cross-functionally across operations, account management, and product teams to drive measurable improvements
  • Contribute directly to the company’s ambitious growth targets with your ideas and execution

Ideal Candidate Background

  • 1-5 years of experience working closely with customers with full ownership across operations, account management, or product
  • Experience at an early-stage startup (joined when there were under 25 people or at Seed/Series A stage)
  • Proven track record as a main driver of success in previous roles
  • Top university education for undergraduate degree
  • Methodical with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to transform unstructured processes into scalable systems
  • Outstanding operational skills combined with hustle
  • Strong product sense and customer-centric thinking

Preferred

  • Startup founder experience
  • Demonstrated history of exceptional achievement or unique background
  • Clear passion for early-stage startups and understanding of what that entails
  • High energy and genuine excitement about revolutionizing the recruiting industry
