Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Job Description
Playing a critical role in finding the best and brightest talent in the industry, the successful candidate will be entrusted with the following tasks:
- Cultivate positive relationships with leaders and cross-functional partners across the organization to build teams
- Consult with stakeholders to implement strategic plans for acquiring the best and brightest talent to deliver on organizational goals
- Facilitate inclusive and objective hiring process to ensure candidates are assessed against organizational competencies to thrive
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with each interaction throughout the recruitment process
- Represent the company internally and externally at events with the goal of networking and relationship building
- Foster long-term relationships with current talent, past and potential candidates
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all implemented talent tools and technologies are being utilized to their fullest potential.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to engage with the best talent
- Sourcing potential candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn, Github and smart recruiters to acquire the best and brightest talent to deliver on organizational goals.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements
- Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
- Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of recruitment experience
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deliver on talent marketing through consistent social media engagement
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience guiding the talent process and communicating with senior-level leaders
- High level of employee engagement to create trusting relationships
- Self-motivated with a learner mentality to deliver excellence
- Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks.
