Title: Team Lead/Supervisor Loan Officer

Job Summary

• As a Loan Sales Officer your primary duties are to sell loans, lead a loan sales team, including developing and maintaining relationships with clients, evaluating various loan applications and managing loan portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the research and analysis of market trends and competitive situation.
• Oversee the achievement of sales objectives and market objectives.
• Evaluating credit worthiness by processing loan applications and documentation within specified limits
• Interviewing applicants to determine financial eligibility and feasibility of granting loans.
• Determining all applicable ratios and metrics and set up debt payment plans.
• Brand publicity and other marketing related work.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a loan officer.
• Ability to lead a team and work as an individual player.

Salary
N200,000 – N350,000 monthly (Gross)
