Job Title: Tech Sales Manager – Fintech

Job Overview

  • As a Tech Sales Manager, you will lead our B2B sales efforts, focusing on selling technology services to businesses, including OEM solutions, fintech products, and lead generation services.
  • You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, and developing strategies to penetrate target markets.
  • Your expertise in sales, technology, and the fintech sector will be instrumental in achieving our sales objectives and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2B sector, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to generate leads, close deals, and expand market presence, particularly in OEM and fintech.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions across technology services, including OEM and fintech products.
  • Understand our technology services portfolio, including OEM and fintech solutions, in-depth and effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers, demonstrating how our solutions meet their business objectives.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals, addressing customer concerns and objections to facilitate successful sales conversions.
  • Employ a sales hunter mentality to proactively identify and engage potential clients, driving lead generation and new business acquisition.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and deals through various stages of the sales process using CRM tools.
  • Forecast sales projections accurately, identify potential risks and opportunities, and implement strategies to mitigate challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments, particularly in the fintech and OEM sectors, gathering market intelligence to inform sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and product enhancements based on customer feedback and market insights.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Minumum 5 years of experience
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on selling technology services, OEM solutions, and fintech products.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technology solutions, including OEM and fintech products, clearly and compellingly.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth, exceed sales targets, and excel in lead generation.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach, able to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics software for pipeline management and performance tracking.
