Job Title: Technical Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the Managing Director’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action points.
  • Oversee the progress of real estate projects and provide updates to the Managing Director.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.Maintain organized records and files
  • Ensure the office operates efficiently by managing resources and supplies.
  • Act as a point of contact between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and respond to emails, letters, and other correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Represent the Managing Director in select meetings and provide feedback.
  • Conduct research and provide insights on real estate trends, market analysis, and project feasibility.Assist in preparing technical documents, contracts, and proposals.Coordinate with technical teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.

Requirements
Educational Background:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications in project management or real estate (e.g., PMP, RICS) are an added advantage with minimum of 2 years Experience.
