Responsibilities
As a Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading your regional sales team to help improve strategy, relationship development and customer focus
  • Positioning our technology and identifying the best technical and commercial solutions to gain and grow new regional business
  • Promoting the business value proposition of Baker Hughes technology through identifying new markets and building key relationships
  • Collaborating with cross-functional sales teams to increase market penetration
  • Providing technical guidance and support for our product range to create solutions for our customers
  • Building long-term relationships with potential and existing regional customers to understand future needs and requirements

Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a valid NYSC discharge or exemption certificate ( please indicate clearly on your resume)
  • Demonstrate a solid background gained in an Sales or commercial environment
  • Have experience with production chemicals to assist wellbore stimulation
  • Be able to demonstrate experience in project leadership
  • Be able to lead and manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
  • Have a natural ability to engage, influence and build relationships with customers and teams across the business
  • Have good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a hands-on approach
