Job Title: Techno Commercial Manager, Cybersecurity

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are looking for a dynamic and highly motivated professional to join our team as Techno-Commercial Manager in the cybersecurity domain. This role requires technical expertise with commercial acumen along with the capability to provide customized cybersecurity solutions to client’s relationships and drive business growth.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Understand client IT infrastructure and security requirements to propose appropriate solutions.
  • Conduct technical assessments, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase cybersecurity solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (R&D, support, engineering) to customize solutions based on client needs.
  • Stay updated on emerging cybersecurity threats, trends, and technologies.
  • Provide technical inputs for the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and RFIs.

Commercial Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets for cybersecurity solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners and vendors.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop campaigns and materials tailored to cybersecurity offerings.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and customers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Train internal sales teams to enhance their understanding of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Support post-sales processes, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, products, and frameworks.
  • Proven experience in techno-commercial roles in the cybersecurity domain.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical solutions into business benefits for clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in cybersecurity
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and project management tools.
