Job Title: Telesales Agent

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time (Hybrid)

Job Functions

• Answer questions about products and services offered by the company.
• Cold calling and prospecting new customers.
• Ensure adequate information is provided to prospective customers.
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements to create a booking.
• Direct prospects (or existing customers) to the appropriate center for the sale of their cars.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Appropriate handling of angry customers to preserve the company’s reputation.
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
• Keep records of calls and bookings while noting all useful information.
• Following up, tracking, and directing customers.

Requirements
We believe that you will succeed better if you possess the following:

• Candidates should possess a First Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
• Must have 1-3 years of experience in Telemarketing/Telesales
• Experience in sales and knowledge of consumer behaviors
• Must have keen attention to detail, a high level of integrity, and logically sound
• Ability to convince others and explain information in clear terms
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
• Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office package.
