Job Title: Telesales Agent – Inbound

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an enthusiastic Inbound Telesales Agent to handle incoming customer calls, provide accurate information, and convert inquiries into paying customers.
  • The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, solution-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle all inbound calls from prospective customers across SCALE’s service categories.
  • Understand customer needs and convert qualified inquiries into successful sales.
  • Clearly communicate SCALE’s value propositions and guide users through the sign-up or service booking process.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and update customer information and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Route complex or unresolved inquiries to relevant service teams for timely resolution.
  • Follow up on previous inquiries to support lead nurturing and customer retention efforts.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Inbound call-to-conversion rate
  • Average call handling time
  • Lead follow-up and closure rate
  • Customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
  • CRM accuracy and call log completeness.

Key Qualifications & Requirements

  • 1 – 2 years of experience in inbound telesales or customer support roles
  • Strong verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently and professionally
  • Customer-first mindset and goal-driven attitude
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
