Description

  • We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers over the phone, promoting our products or services, and closing sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products or services.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify sales leads through various sources, including cold calling and warm leads.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the products or services offered to effectively communicate benefits and features to customers.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer information in the CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve overall company goals.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Candidates should possess a High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer skills.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
