Job Title: Telesales Officer

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Contract

Contract Duration: 3 months
Work Mode: Hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with assigned customers through regular phone calls, emails, and chats.
  • Proactively reach out to customers via outbound calls to introduce and upsell our products and services tailored to their specific needs.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand customer pain points and identify how our product can provide solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with potential customers and become a trusted advisor.
  • Exceed assigned sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Proactively identify customer needs and challenges, offering solutions to ensure satisfaction.
  • Onboard new customers and guide them through product setup and adoption processes.
  • Monitor customer health and identify potential churn risks, taking steps to mitigate churn and ensure retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in telesales, customer success, or a related role.
  • Experience in onboarding and guiding new customers through product setup.
  • Knowledge of upselling and cross-selling techniques.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • 2 years experience.
