Job Title: Territory Sales Manager

Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed business objectives/KPIs for the territory.
- Implement outlet coverage strategy in assigned territory, enlist and keep an updated database of relevant outlets.
- Achieve sales drivers’ objectives for the territory.
- Efficient supervision of the Secondary sales team to drive product availability/Performance management.
- Coaching and accompaniment with a secondary sales force to enhance efficiency.
- Managing outlets-ensure proper servicing, handling complaints, communicate trade promotions and consumer promotions, overseeing merchandising, and manage payment terms.
- Develop Distribution-add new markets, new outlets, and vans.
- Manage KD Staff-sales reps and KPO and review them daily.
- Manage KD Warehouse- maintain FIFO, Stacking norm, and stock norm.
- Monitor and manage the execution of all Promotional /launch/agency activities in assigned territory.
- Lead Market intelligence gathering and competitor activity monitoring and report timely.
Requirements
- Possess a University Degree, in any discipline.
- Possess three to five years of experience within a reputable/ multinational company.
- Be proficient in MS Office.
- Have strong numerical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Be a team player with the ability to drive the team to unsurpassed success.
- Be mobile and willing to be flexible in terms of location.
- Previous experience working in the food industry (preferably the edible oil sector) would be advantageous.
