Job Summary

• Oyemesi Specialist Hospital is looking for a detail-oriented and efficient Typist to assist with medical documentation, reports, and administrative tasks.
• The ideal candidate must have excellent typing speed, accuracy, and the ability to handle confidential medical information with professionalism.

Job Responsibilities

• Type and format medical reports, correspondence, and other documents.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of all typed materials.
• Maintain and organize hospital records and patient files.
• Work closely with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to handle documentation needs.
• Proofread and edit documents for errors before submission.
• Assist with general clerical duties as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Typist or in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and typing software.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient and hospital records.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
