1). Training Operations Officer

Job Summary
- Effective implementation and administration of ARM Academy strategic initiative by focusing on the development of individual staff competencies and organizational knowledge capabilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure collation of Individual Training Plan (ITP) and development of Training Calendar for all staff
- Effective management of training database across all platforms
- Ensure full compliance to all training related regulations e.g Industrial Training Fund (ITF) statutory returns
- Ensure effective coordination of Virtual Instructor-Led Trainings (VILT) and other ARM
- Academy flagship programs such as DAAYTA, AYTP, ATD, and approved Open
- Programs by providing logistics and administrative support.
- Prepare invite and advise participant for training, share joining link and instructions, as well as recommend sanction for defaulters.
- Ensure proper arrangement and accommodation of trainees/participants where necessary
- Rendition of periodic report to Head, ARM Academy, as the need arise.
Requirements
Education:
- Minimum of B.Sc in Business, Social Sciences or related fields.
- Master’s Degree in Business related discipline
- Possession of a relevant professional qualification will be an advantage.
Experience:
- 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience.

2). Training Coordinator/E-Learning Specialist

Job Summary
- Responsible for supporting the Academy’s delivery of effective trainings (in-house, in-plant, external), as well as other learning and development programs / initiatives, through the provision of coordination and administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Administration of Learning Management System: Responsible for end-to-end management of the LMS (Learning Management System) from the platform’s configuration, upload and optimization of e-learning courses to the enrolment of staff on courses.
- Vendor Management: Maintain ongoing relationships with pre-qualified vendors / service providers of e-learning content and services, to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Development of E-Learning Content: Responsible for developing re-usable custom e-learning content (with varying levels of complexity) on various subjects, in line with the key requirements of internal customers.
- General Training Reports: Prepares general reports on e-learning enrolments, levels of course completions, and other relevant activities across the organization.
- User Engagement: Drives user engagement with content on the Learning Management System.
- User Support: Provides support to Users of the Learning Management System, by trouble-shooting reported issues and problems with the platform and providing effective resolutions.
- Knowledge Management: Support stakeholders in the deployment of the New Knowledge Bank and launch of SharePoint. Drive content upload and knowledge contribution from staff for ARM Knowledge Bank.
- Provision of Business Support as a Learning partner: Support Businesses in meeting their learning needs.

3). Team Member, Treasury Sales

- To market and manage HNIs and Corporate relationships through pro-active and consultative approach and detailed understanding of existing customers’ business (es) to enhance profit.
- Acquire profitable customers for the treasury business through the creation, development and maintaining of Low Weight Average Cost of Funds.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Onboarding of new clients.

- Manages the documentation required for new and existing treasury clients.
- Schedule Meetings with clients through personal calling efforts, phone calls and emails to discuss business needs and recommend ways in which the bank can meet their needs.
- Submit call memos, weekly and monthly sales report to head of unit.
- Maintains an awareness of trends and new developments in the market
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures are adhered to. Ensure that the customer related queries are handled with complete customer satisfaction.
