Location: Ojota, Lagos
Key Outputs and Responsibilities
- Forecast supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out-of-stock.
- Enter purchase details (vendors information, invoices and pricing) into internal databases.
- Track shipments and address any delays.
- Oversee storage of products, particularly of fragile items.
- Coordinate regular inventory.
- Comparing items received against items ordered.
- Compiling daily reports and addressing inventory discrepancies.
- Keep updated inventory records.
- Responsible for receiving stock items.
Profile
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in related course of study
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in inventory management
Key attributes and competencies:
- Proven work experience as a Stock Controller or similar role.
- Active participation in inventory audits.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
