1). Security Patrol Officer

Location: Shomolu, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Description

  • We are need of a security patrol officer. The ideal candidate will conduct routine patrol at assigned location and adhere to security policies.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise security guards and ensure compliance with company’s guarding policy.
  • Conduct routine patrols of clients’ locations in assigned area of responsibility with bike to ensure the guards are performing their duties, strictly in adherence to the post orders at the protected locations.
  • Maintain strict discipline and adherence to laid down regulations by the operatives under his command.
  • Ensure complete guard strength in assigned locations.
  • Patrol and monitor the activities of guards and beats in assigned locations.
  • Provide guidance to guards on assigned duties.
  • Handle guards’ complaints

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess an SSCE/OND in any discipline.
  • 5 years of experience in a Security Role, a retired Police Officer Preferred.
  • Knowledge of Corporate Security management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Must have valid Rider’s license and permit.
  • Must be able to observe situations and make appropriate response.

Salary
N85,000 / Month

2). Park Enforcement Officer

Location: Apo, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time 

Responsibilities

  • Regulation of Parking and Traffic: Regulate parking and traffic in the assigned lot, restricting unauthorized vehicles and allowing entry to authorized vehicles.
  • Collection of Parking Fees: Collect parking fees from customers based on charges for the amount of time parked or standard lot fees; issue receipts.
  • Transaction Management: Enter transactions on the cash register or other approved means.
  • Reporting: Report any issues that arise during duty to the supervisor.
  • Parking Space Management: Count parked vehicles and reserve spaces for reservations; display a sign when the lot is full.
  • Customer Assistance: Provide directions, suggest parking alternatives, and offer information upon request to vehicle owners.
  • Payment Verification: Display proof of payment or other indications on parked vehicles.
  • Notification of Payment Due: Place a written notice of payment due on the windshield of vehicles in the lot before and after attendant hours.
  • Lot Monitoring: Monitor the assigned lot for all vehicles, ensuring proper parking and payment.
  • Permit Verification: Check permits to verify authorization.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and write.
  • Candidates should possess qualifications that helps you perform effectively for this role with 0-1 year experience
  • Physical Fitness: Physically fit to work for extended hours.
  • Communication Skills: Able to communicate effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Must be detail-oriented.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Parking Regulations training to be done by company
  • Transparency: Should be able to maintain high level of transparency with transactions and dealings
