Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc was established in September 1960 as a private limited liability business, and operations began in 1962 with an installed capacity of 600 metric tonnes per day. 1). Head of Agri Input Sales
Location: Apapa, Lagos
PURPOSE
- To meet input sales goals and targets, develop suitable plans and strategies, coordinate sales activities, and efficiently distribute input products to B2B and B2C customers and farmers, surpassing sales objectives in a cost-effective manner.
THE JOB
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and reports to track performance and ensure profitability.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for each financial year.
- Organize the sales force and the sales activities to ensure continuous improvement of input sales performance and sales volumes.
- Allocate sales volume and other objectives to the National & Area Sales Manager in line with the overall objective to ensure targets are achieved within the approved timeframe.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence and customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Review sales report and provide adequate information to guide production planning and management decision process.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have an excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Analytical ability to ensure accurate sales forecasting.
- Possess great critical thinking and interpersonal skills.
- Have an in-depth Agri products knowledge and the ability to clearly communicate value propositions to customers and sales team.
QUALIFICATION
- B.Sc./HND in Agriculture and Crop Production. Knowledge of extension services is an advantage.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE
- At least 10 years cognate experience.
- Hands-on experience in the sales department of an established manufacturing company or Agric input company covering sales, merchandising and customer service management.

2). Electrician
Location: Ogun
PURPOSE
- To ensure equipment is in good working condition with minimal downtime recorded in line with BU goals and objectives.
THE JOB
- Conduct tests and assessments of systems and repairs to ensure quality.
- Assemble and install electrical panels, wire harnesses, and other electrical equipment.
- Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic panels for equipment.
- Respond quickly to all service requests and efficiently troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
- Communicate estimated timelines for repairs to those impacted.
- Install new equipment and wiring to expand infrastructure as needed.
- Perform preventative maintenance on a regular schedule.
- Log all services and report progress to management.
- Utilize and store all equipment properly.
- Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus.
- Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be able to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Have great organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards.
QUALIFICATION
- 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings.
- OND/NABTEB/C&G/WAEC
EXPERIENCE
- Have at least 2 year’s experience in a similar role.
