1). IT Audit Lead

Role Overview
- This role is responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring, and review of Kuda’s information security, technological control, and IT governance systems to safeguard the company’s assets. The role also supports the Head of Internal Audit in providing assurance to the Board on the efficiency of IT controls and cybersecurity risk resilience while staying informed about emerging trends in the technological space.
Responsibilities
- Regularly assess IT infrastructures, including risk analysis, threat assessment, enterprise security management, computer and communication security, and physical access control.
- Evaluate the adequacy of system configuration and change management processes, backup and disaster recovery, software development processes, and logical access controls.
- Design audit programs to execute the approved audit plan.
- Assess the adequacy and operating effectiveness of system controls within the organization.
- Conduct operational, compliance, financial audits, and forensic investigations as assigned.
- Monitor the company’s computer network for potential mismanagement, fraud, and inefficiency.
- Ensure IT audit practices comply with the company’s policies, procedures, and government regulations.
- Stay updated on developments in the information system and technology space to identify potential risks and recommend mitigants proactively.
- Keep abreast of updates in the global technology world to identify emerging risks and opportunities for the company.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and change management meetings.
- Manage user access and administration on core applications and other bank applications.
- Provide timely input into the quarterly Board Audit Committee report.
- Institute and execute analytical tests for revenue assurance to prevent income leakages.
- Track the resolution of all audit/control recommendations and ensure compliance within agreed timelines.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by the Head of Internal Audit.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- IT Certification (e.g., CISA / CISM / CRISC / CICSO).
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience performing IT Audit/Control functions.
- Proficiency in using computer software (e.g., ACL, SQL, Excel) and application systems.
- Advanced knowledge of auditing processes and procedures.
- Ability to share and impart knowledge.
- Ability to offer technical guidance on applications controls in non-IT audits.
- Ability to balance detail with departmental goals/objectives.
- Ability to coordinate and perform multiple tasks/projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and deliverables.
- Ability to evaluate business processes and IT technology, identify risks, and evaluate controls.

2). Product Designer

Role Overview
- We are seeking a Product Designer to create engaging designs for the entire range of Kuda products. Reporting to the Product Design Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality design work and contributing to the full product development cycle, from research and strategy to design and developer collaboration. We are looking for someone with a strong grasp of web and mobile design patterns, a keen eye for visual and user experience design, and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Use a variety of techniques to create drafts and prototypes.
- Produce final design solutions that meet project requirements.
- Pitch creative and usable ideas to the team.
- Translate concepts from sketching and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, visual design, asset production, and developer handoff.
- Incorporate feedback from other designers, customers, and team members to enhance the product.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers on the Retail, Business, and Internal Product teams to launch features that positively impact KPIs.
Requirements
