Multipro Consumer Products Limited is the largest company in Nigeria dealing in Sales, Haulage and Logistics. MCPL was founded in 1996 as a fully owned company of the Tolaram Group. The first product sold by MCPL in 1996 was Indomie and since then it has played a seminal role in making Indomie a household brand in Nigeria. 1). Procurement Manager
Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with company objectives.
- Manage the entire procurement process, from sourcing and negotiation to purchase and delivery.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing to ensure the best value for the company.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms and quality standards.
- Analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities and risks in the supply chain.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Prepare and manage the procurement budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the procurement team to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement and manage procurement software systems for better efficiency and transparency.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their procurement needs and provide support.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Procurement Manager or in a similar leadership role within procurement.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and contract management.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional certification in procurement or supply chain management.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance.

Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrated work experience as a Warehouse Manager
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management procedures and best practices
- Proven track record in implementing process improvement initiatives
- Extensive understanding of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for warehousing
