1). Territory Sales Executive (Ekiti)

Location: Ekiti

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • The Territory Sales Executive (TSE) is responsible for managing assigned areas to achieve all commercial targets within their territory. The TSE plays a crucial role in overseeing the sales team’s productivity and directs efforts to have a significant impact on the company’s results. They are responsible for efficiently running a sales team, which includes supervising, coaching, disciplining, and motivating team members to meet sales targets.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achievement of Commercial Targets: The TSE is accountable for meeting the overall commercial targets set for their territory. These targets encompass various metrics such as active agent count, transaction mix, transaction value, transaction volume, and more.
  • Coaching/Mentoring Agents, PSPs & Aggregators: The TSE is responsible for training and retraining PSPs (Payment Service Providers) & Aggregators under their supervision, ensuring they train agents to the expected standard. They also mentor, coach, provide immediate correction to agents, PSPs, aggregators, and escalate issues to State Managers when necessary. Additionally, they communicate important company updates to PSPs & Aggregators in their zone and assess the performance of PSPs & Aggregators, reporting to State Managers as needed.
  • Representing Paga: The TSE verifies agent outlets before creating accounts and conducts agent knowledge assessments within a specified timeframe after agent training. They cultivate and maintain positive and professional relationships with all agency principals and outlet assistants across their territory. Furthermore, they report issues and share insights internally to ensure the deployment of relevant resources to strengthen the Paga business in their territory.

2). Inside Sales Consultant

  • The Inside Sales Consultant (ISC) holds the responsibility of overseeing existing agents, reactivating dormant agents, expanding the agent network, and increasing revenue through various telemarketing techniques. Moreover, the ideal candidate should possess the ability to convert pre-qualified sales leads, generate new business opportunities, employ upselling strategies to secure favorable deals, and maintain ongoing communication with agents to ensure a top-notch customer service experience.

  • As a Senior Software Engineer at Paga, your role encompasses the ownership of implementing and ensuring the technical effectiveness of broad functional and technical aspects of the platform. Your contributions are expected to significantly impact the design and enhancement of the solutions you are involved in. Beyond this, you play a crucial part in advancing the software development practice as a whole. This entails peer leadership, conducting code reviews, providing technical training, driving process improvements, and offering technical thought leadership.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

  • Holds a degree in a related discipline.
  • Possesses 6+ years of continuous experience in enterprise software application development OR an advanced degree in a related discipline with a minimum of 4+ years of continuous experience in enterprise software application development.
