1). Talent Management Specialist

Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop competency models for talent processes, identifying the skills required by employees across the Group.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create training and development strategies, supporting Power OpCos in equipping employees with the necessary skills to achieve their goals.
- Assist Power OpCos’ HR departments in facilitating annual talent and succession discussions.
- Implement an evaluation and proficiency assessment process to monitor and assess employees’ progress and development, ensuring they possess the required competencies.
- Serve as the organization’s advocate for practices that enhance team effectiveness, systems thinking, personal mastery, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Work with senior leaders to establish best practices for individual development and oversee the implementation of career mapping for high-potential individuals, emerging leaders, and managers.
- Design and deliver effective training programs tailored to support talent sustainability initiatives.
- Develop and manage competency management policies and procedures.
- Establish and implement an internal mobility framework within Power OpCos.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Social, Human, or Behavioral Sciences.
- Professional qualifications such as CIPMN, CIPD, or SHRM are desirable.
- 6-8 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in Talent Management.

2). Talent Management Supervisor

Responsibilities and Duties
- Collaborate with Power OpCos to design competency models and identify critical competencies essential for achieving business objectives.
- Regularly update the competency repository to ensure alignment with the business goals and objectives.
- Support the management of Graduate Engineering Programmes within the OpCos to ensure consistent achievement of program goals.
- Conduct periodic competency assessments to validate progress in competency proficiency development within the power companies.
- Work with OpCos’ learning managers to devise training and development strategies that address identified competency gaps.
- Contribute to the development of annual competency assessments.
- Monitor and track the internal mobility process across the power entities and SPG.
Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Social, Human, or Behavioral Sciences.
- Desirable professional qualifications: CIPMN, CIPD, SHRM.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience, with at least 18 months in Talent Management.
