Job Brief
- We are looking to employ a driven and experienced Area Sales Manager to increase sales within an assigned geographical area and guide a team of Field Sales Executives.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating with your team to ensure information is properly dispatched for effective result
- Visiting /Making contacts with distributors to ensure sales are effectively done.
- Identifying, evaluating and appointing new distributors.
- Ensuring our product, all SKUs are billed and available across the assigned area.
- Breeding and developing strategies for effective target achievement.
- Preparing sales reports for your area on regular basis.
- Carrying out effective target breakdown analysis and tracking to ensure targets are met.
- Preparing reports on the activities of competition / Price analysis, promotion schemes, and rebates.
- Discovering and developing a new market for larger coverage.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc., HND or MBA in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years related experience
- Proven sales experience; sector-specific sales experience is preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting sales quotas.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
