1). Driver

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • The Driver is responsible for driving the company’s official vehicles and ensuring these vehicles are kept in good conditions.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Carry out routine checks on vehicles and ensure they are sound
  • Ensure timely conveyance of staff and clients to and from destinations
  • Report any mechanical malfunctions on the vehicles through the proper channel
  • Report any case of accident, injury or damage of vehicles to the supervisor
  • Ensure that vehicles are kept perfect and clean at all times by washing both the inside and outside parts of the vehicle
  • Timely requisition of vehicle documents
  • Transport products, materials, and staff securely to areas where they are neeed.
  • Perform periodic maintenance on vehicles, such as changing batteries at appropriate time
  • Dress professionally at all times
  • Ensure all vehicles are parked properly by close of business

Requirements

  • Minimum of SSCE
  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license

Skills Needed:

  • Previous work experience as a driver
  • Having a clean driving and medical record
  • Complete knowledge of road safety rules and regulations
  • Familiarity with GPS tools and Google Maps
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent driving skills and road sense
  • Ability to work for long hours and on weekends
  • Well-groomed and highly motivated individual
  • Good time management skills.

2). Front Desk Executive

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities:

  • Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Excellent Oral and Written communication skills
  • Answer questions and address complaints
  • Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
  • Receiveletters, packages etc. and distribute them
  • Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
  • Check, sort and forward emails
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Keep updated records and files

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree / HND qualification
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite is a must
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.

3). Store & Inventory Officer

Location: Lagos

Job Description

  • The Store & Inventory Officer will be the custodian of the company’s stores and warehouse to ensure items in the warehouse are kept in good condition and properly accounted for.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining and updating records in the warehouse.
  • Counting materials, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock.
  • Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
  • Developing or improving upon inventory management procedures.
  • Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment or merchandise.
  • Compiling balance, price and cost reports.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an ND
  • 3+ years’ experience in inventory control.
  • Excellent math and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work extended hours.

4). Marketing Executive

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • As part of SubMed Nigeria’s expansion and restructuring, we are recruiting Zonal Marketing executives who will primarily be responsible for new business development, sustaining business relationships.

Job Description

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Scheduling appointments with prospective clients in the medical sector
  • Making pitch presentations to existing and prospective clients
  • Build and maintain business relationships with clients and prospects
  • Keep detailed records of all business contacts
  • Develop new businesses
  • Meeting set sales targets, regularly monitoring your business plans to make sure you achieve your target
  • Plan work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with the team
  • Submit weekly/ monthly marketing reports to
  • Monitor competitor activity and competitors’ products

Requirements
