1). Growth and Sales Lead
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- As the Growth and Sales Lead, you will be a pivotal player in driving the growth and success of our platform. Working closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and the management team, you will lead the sales and marketing efforts to expand our user base, increase revenue, and establish Learnstar as a prominent player in the online education space.

Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth, including setting sales targets, defining sales processes, and identifying key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales quotas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with product development, marketing campaigns, and customer support efforts.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and partnership opportunities to expand Learnstar’s reach and revenue streams.
Marketing and User Acquisition:
- Develop and oversee marketing campaigns to acquire new users, increase user engagement, and retain existing customers.
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies, including paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant marketing materials, including blog posts, articles, and promotional content.
- Implement and manage user acquisition initiatives, including referral programs, influencer partnerships, and affiliate marketing.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Foster strong and lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback and market insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Develop and implement customer retention strategies to reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value.
Sales Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives.
- Provide regular reports and data-driven recommendations to the management team to inform decision-making.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve and identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, a Master’s Degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership roles, preferably in the online education or e-learning industry.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
- Proficiency in sales and marketing software, CRM systems, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Data-driven mindset with a deep understanding of marketing analytics and KPIs.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative growth strategies.

2). Chief Operating Officer
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- As a Chief Operations Officer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation of the policies to promote company culture and vision and oversee operations to keep businesses on track.
- You will have to maintain control of diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies: The COO will work closely with the CEO and the management team to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and ensure the company’s success. In addition, the COO will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s goals and objectives are aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage day-to-day operations: The COO will be responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day operations, including developing and implementing policies and procedures that support the company’s goals and objectives. In addition, the COO will be responsible for overseeing the management team’s work and ensuring that the company operates efficiently and effectively.
- Lead business growth initiatives: The COO will lead business growth initiatives to help the company expand its reach and impact, including identifying new opportunities for growth, developing new products and services, and exploring new markets.
- Enhance customer experience: The COO will ensure that the company provides an exceptional customer experience to its learners, including working with the management team to develop and implement strategies that enhance the customer experience and working with the customer support team to ensure that customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Manage financial operations: The COO will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The COO will also ensure the company’s financial operations comply with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders: The COO will be responsible for building and maintaining solid relationships with key stakeholders, including learners, mentors, investors, and partners. In addition, the COO will be the face of the company and will represent it at industry events and conferences.
- Plan, develop, implement, and direct the organization’s operational and fiscal functions and performance
Job Requirements
- HND / B.Sc in Business Administration or relevant field
- Minimum of 5 -7 years’ experience as Chief Operating Officer in a service-based industry.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
