1). Senior Supervisor- Supply Base and Fuel Operation

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pursue the goals of no harm to people, no leaks and no ethical breaches “Goal Zero’’ and proactively promote the Life Saving Rules, Human Performance and CARE.
  • Participate in Customer engagement meetings in order to achieve top quartile Supply base service delivery in support of Production Land and Marine fuel Operations.
  • Ensure timely deployment of resources (AGO, PMS) in support of production, land and marine Including shutdown activities in line with approved plans.
  • Daily monitoring of consumption data and calculation of endurance levels across SCiN via the powerBi tool.
  • Expediting of FMS requests execution status and follow ups with various Logistics Service Providers to ensure safe and on-time delivery of fuels
  • Ensures that only valid vessel movements are utilized for deliveriesReviews and confirms vessels Naval clearances, GMAS and premob status.
  • Manages chargeback for all fuel operations activities, ensuring that customers from various functions receive accurate data on cost of AGO/PMS received.
  • Collate Supply Base fuel related services costs per request/activity to ensure costs visibility and appropriate chargebacks for routine and other activities.
  • Carry out monthly reconciliations and advice user teams on accruals.
  • Participate in the ILS meeting and SNEPCo integrated meeting (1000-1100hrs & 14:30 – 15:00hrs every day) to review and pick up actions for the fuels team
  • Continuously identify opportunities to reduce HSSE risk exposure and continuous improvements in AGO/PMS movement through optimization and integration
  • Support the implementation of fuel Improvement Initiatives – fuel monitoring project activities across SCiN

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Reports to Supply base Manager and Fuel Management Lead

Academic Qualification:

  • OND/HND/BSc in relevant discipline

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Fuel Management Operations and Supply base operations.
  • Experience in Shell fuel management operations is a strong pre-requisite.
  • Key Interfaces: Logistics, Wells, Security, Pipelines and Production assets.

KPIs:

  • 100% compliance to approved Fuel management standards.
  • 95% availability of Fuel management services
  • Unsafe Act / Unsafe Condition reporting
  • 100% Adherence to 9 IOGP Life Saving Rules
  • Responsiveness to HSE shortcomings

KEY SKILLS

Work Schedule:

  • The job activity period on a 5/2 work cycle 8-hour working period (7am to 4pm).
  • The work location cuts across Warri and Port Harcourt.
  • Personnel may be required to work extended hours or during weekends as need may arises.

2). Fuel Accounting Services and Vendors-Delivery Management

Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily fuel accounting services and fulfilment of customer’s requests.
  • Receipts, issues and reconciliation of fuel (AGO/PMS) stock on daily/monthly basis.
  • Provide daily fuel receipt and issuance in line with Fuel Management Processes and conducts end of day stock balancing.
  • Prepare monthly report for all receipt, issues for management information.
  • Publish daily fuel corporate report for management information for own locations.
  • Managing interface with vendor/supplier at the receipt/dispensing of fuel to customers.
  • Maintaining SPDC safety policies/procedure in all fuel handling operations.
  • Manage customer fuel requests in FMS & SAP for proper accountability and accounting.
  • Monitor fuel stock levels in the various tanks
  • Follow up with closure of MFE actions as identified by the Supply base manager or the fuel Mgt Lead
  • Proper housekeeping at the dump
  • Principal Accountabilities:

Academic Qualification:

  • Trade test/OND/HND/Bachelors in relevant discipline or any vocational qualification

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Fuel Management Operations and accounting services. . Experience in Shell fuel management operations is a strong pre-requisite.
