Key Responsibilities
- To carry out accurate and timely valuations of properties and other asssts in line with professional standards, legal requirements and company policies.
- Property inspections
- Data collection and Research
- Valuation Analysis
- Report Preparation.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Estate Management with 0 – 2 years work experience.
