Waitresses are responsible for serving customers in the restaurant.
Their duties include:
- Greeting guests
- Provide excellent customer service
- Offering menus to customers and answering questions about the menu
- Taking customers’ orders and communicating the order to the kitchen
- Delivering food and drinks orders to customers
- Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
- Preparing and processing the bill payments
- Ability to communicate in English fluently
