Job Summary
- We are currently seeking a passionate WordPress Development Intern to join our digital team and support the creation of high-performing websites and platforms for a variety of clients.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and manage responsive WordPress websites
- Customize themes and plugins based on project needs
- Ensure website functionality, performance, and user experience
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to implement features
- Conduct basic website testing for compatibility and bugs
- Optimize sites for speed, SEO, and security
- Maintain clean code and project documentation.
Requirements
- A Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
- Proficient in WordPress, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
- Familiar with PHP, MySQL, and website hosting environments
- Knowledge of responsive/mobile-first design principles
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Eagerness to learn and work in a collaborative environment
