Job Title: Workshop Assistant

Location: Kogi

Employment Type: Temporary

Timeline for activities: 26th -30th May-2025 (5 Days)

Purpose of the assignment

• The purpose of this ToR is to engage workshop assistants to provide support during the training of HFWs, CDDs, TAs & CLs. Total of 75N Workshop assistants (WAs) to be engaged.

Specific activities of workshop assistant (IT & Administration)

• Liaise with Caterer to keep to feeding times.
• Distribute workshop materials to participants as necessary.
• Take photograph of training sessions
• Set up and operate IT equipment for smooth running of the meeting.
• Perform other assigned duties for the smooth running of the workshop/trainings.
• Facilitate e-attendance in all training locations.

Deliverables

• Attendance sheets for participants
• Typed in excel format, the list of participants with bank account details.
• Typed notes of meeting.
• E-copy of training pictures.

Requirements

• A minimum of ND in any discipline (Workshop Assistant)
• Must be computer literate.
• Experience in providing administrative support for workshops and trainings.
• Ability to take notes of meeting.
