Job Description

• We are looking for an Executive Assistant/Project Manager to perform a variety of administrative tasks and support our CEO.

Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage the CEO’s calendar and set up meetings
• Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
• Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports
• Take minutes during meetings
• Organizes & manages documents in folders
• Must be able to follow up with different people on the team

Requirements

• Background in the social services or similar field
• 2 years work experience as Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Project Officer or similar role
• Excellent MS Office knowledge
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with applications (e.g. e-calendars, Google meet/zoom for meetings)
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• Should be available to work on weekends as the job demands
• Must be sharp, proactive and have good documentation skills
• Have good work ethic & a high drive

Salary Range
N50,000 – N100,000 / Month
