Job Description
- Provide clients with information of goods and services.
- Receive customer’s complaints and questions.
- Take clients’ orders, process production, material specification and give delivery reports.
- Raise request for materials needed as approved with clients from vendors and as well communicated to the report line.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
- Work with the Operations team, Design team, and installers to see to completion of projects.
- Keep records of customer’s data, interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
- Provide feedbacks and progress reports to clients on project processes.
- Ensure projects are completed, schedule walk through with client & endorsement of completion forms.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Generate sales leads
- Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with 0 – 2 years work experience.
