R & R Recruitment Services, a recruitment agency, training, consulting & human resources management company, is currently recruiting suitable candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Isolo, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages regarding event inquiries, bookings, and service details.
• Provide accurate information about company services, pricing, availability, and packages.
• Assist clients with booking processes, follow-ups, and event updates.
• Resolve client complaints or issues promptly, escalating complex matters when necessary.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
• Coordinate with internal departments (planning, logistics, operations) to ensure client needs are met.
• Record customer interactions, feedback, and service issues for continuous improvement.
• Follow up with clients after events to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
• Support walk-in clients and maintain a tidy and welcoming reception or service area.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as client database updates, invoicing support, and event reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or client relations (preferably in events or hospitality).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems.

Salary
N80,000 – N100,000 Monthly.
