We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Work duration: Monday to Friday

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the executive team.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and serving as a key liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, travel, and conference calls.
  • Screen and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, responding or redirecting as appropriate.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
  • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring confidentiality and security of documents.
  • Make domestic and international travel arrangements, including visas, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Track and process expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative documents.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of the executive.
  • Assist in project coordination and follow-up on action items.
  • Prepare and draft letters, emails, and communications as required.
  • Handle personal errands and tasks as necessary, maintaining professionalism at all times.

Educational Qualifications

  • The candidate should have at least, a BSc in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred with minimum of 3–5 years of experience in an executive support role.

Competencies Expected:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
