1). Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Lagos

Role Overview:

  • The position is responsible for driving brand awareness, attracting prospective parents and children, as well as promoting the school’s values, programmes, and achievements through digital channels and platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing plans to enhance the school’s online presence, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to expand the school’s social media presence and build the online community.
  • Create and curate compelling content, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and other multimedia assets, to support marketing objectives and engage the target audience.
  • Maintain and update the school’s website, ensuring it is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
  • Collaborate with web developers, designers, and content creators to implement website enhancements and improvements.
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and communicate with prospective students and parents.
  • Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media ads, PPC, SEM, and display advertising, to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Monitor digital marketing analytics, website performance metrics, social media insights, and campaign data.
  • Work closely with the admissions team, teaching, and professional staff to align digital marketing efforts with the school’s overall objectives and promotional activities.
  • Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost-effective strategies while delivering measurable results.

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and website management.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems (CMS), and website analytics tools.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and keyword research.
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) and SEM campaigns.

2). Personal Assistant to Head of Secondary

Location: Lagos

Role Overview:

  • This role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to facilitate the efficient operation of the Secondary School leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including parents, staff, and students, effectively managing inquiries and requests.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between the Head of Secondary and various departments within the school community.
  • Manage the Head of Secondary’s calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and school-related events.
  • Coordinate and prioritize conflicting schedules to optimize the efficient use of time and resources.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the Head of
  • Primary, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established standards.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, letters, and phone calls, with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including logistics such as venue booking, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
  • Attend meetings as required, record minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in maintaining positive relationships with students and parents by providing support and guidance on school-related matters.
  • Coordinate parent-teacher meetings, student conferences, and other school events to foster engagement and collaboration.
  • Assist in maintaining student records, academic transcripts, and other documentation in compliance with school policies and regulations.
  • Support the Head of Secondary in monitoring student progress, academic performance, and disciplinary matters.
  • Liaise with the Admissions team to schedule meetings, assessments, maintain accurate records of prospective students and ensure a seamless transition for new students and families joining the school community.

Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge:

  • Bachelor’s degree in education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3 years) as a Personal Assistant or Administrative Assistant, preferably in an educational or academic setting.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholder.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and school management software.
  • Knowledge of educational policies, procedures, and regulations.
