1). Finance Executive (Revenue Assurance)
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Responsible for all Statutory compliance and ensure correct postings in appropriate ledgers eg all taxes, pension etc.
- Account ownership for all statutory accounts for monthly Balance Sheet review
- Ensure Walk-in Customers account should be zero at the end period.
- Preparation of Walk-in-Customers statements and aging analysis on a monthly basis.
- Investigation, reconciliation and posting of refunds to guests as a result of overcharge.
- Prepare for payment and advise Treasury Team on all Statutory payments on a monthly basis by preparing the time-table for specific form of tax not later than 1 day after deployment of this document.
- Weekly tracking and reconciliation of all Cube Bookings, determining outstanding invoices and advise on discounted invoices.
- Postings of all revenue collections as it relates to Box office, Concessions and Cube Bookings across all sites for cash, card and other sources.
- Reconciliations of all electronic receipts across all sites eg pos, online payments, vouchers etc.
Qualifications
- B.SC, HND.
- ICAN.

2). Admin Manager
Location: Lagos
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as first contact point at the Support Office for visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them as appropriate.
- Receive and sort external mails/Delivery/Courier daily
- Ensure adherence of safety procedures via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
- Managecalendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Manage office supplies, equipment maintenance, and facility logistics to ensure a functional and welcoming work environment.
- Keep updated records of offices expenses and costs.
- Create a budget for and procurement of front office supplies.
- Organize executive meetings, conferences, and events, managing all related logistics such as venue booking, catering, and technology setup.
- Ensure service providers for janitorial services and security services work in line with contract terms.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/mail.
- Vendor management
- Logistics co-ordination for and from the Support Office
Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative support or office management role, with a preference for experience supporting senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred.
