Job Summary
- We are seeking motivated, ambitious and smart engineering graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainees.
- This is designed to provide recent graduates with a structured pathway to gain hands-on experience, develop technical and soft skills, and prepare for a successful career in engineering.
- You will work closely with experienced professionals, contribute to real projects, and rotate through key departments to understand our operations and products/services.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training and development program covering technical, operational, and soft skills.
- Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing projects.
- Conduct research and analysis to support engineering tasks.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Gain proficiency in engineering software, tools, and systems relevant to the role.
- Work on-site or in the field as required to support engineering operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on deliverables.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards and regulations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) from a reputable institution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of industry-specific tools/software (e.g., AutoCAD).
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
- Willing to travel as part of the training rotation.
- Engineering graduate from the years 2023 – 2025
- Must have completed the compulsory National Youth Service.
