  • World Nurses is hiring Canadian Registered Nurses (RN) for Hospice Nursing roles in Hawaii. This opportunity is ideal for experienced nurses looking for a meaningful career in end-of-life care while enjoying the unique experience of working in the beautiful state of Hawaii.

About the Role:

  • This position focuses on providing compassionate, high-quality hospice and palliative care to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) and home health settings. Candidates should have hands-on experience in hospice, palliative, or geriatric care and the ability to adapt quickly to diverse patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive hospice care for patients with terminal illnesses
  • Provide pain and symptom management, emotional support, and guidance for patients and families
  • Administer medications, IV therapy, and wound care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans
  • Educate families on end-of-life care, bereavement support, and patient advocacy
  • Ensure compliance with hospice care regulations and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple patients with varying levels of care needs

What You Bring:

  • Active RN License in Canada
  • NCLEX-RN passer (not REX-PN or CPNRE)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in hospice, palliative, skilled nursing, or long-term care within the last 5 years
  • Strong ability to provide compassionate and family-centered end-of-life care
  • Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Palliative Care (preferred)

Competitive Pay & Bonuses

  • Up to $2,016 per week
  • Up to $2,000 relocation bonus
