Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to provide leadership and guidance on all HR-related matters.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies to support business objectives
• Manage recruitment, talent management, and employee development programs
• Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage employee data, benefits, and compensation
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management
• Proven track record of success in HR management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Salary

• N400,000 – N450,000 / Month.
