Job Title: Human Resource/Admin Supervisor
Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- Supervise HR and administrative tasks, ensuring processes are completed efficiently.
- Act as a point of contact for employee relations and administrative inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
- Oversee onboarding, induction, and orientation programs for new employees.
- Supervise daily HR activities including attendance management, employee records, and onboarding.
- Provide timely and accurate advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of Human Resources policies and procedure.
- Assist in the review and development of Human Resources policies and procedures
- Maintain and provide accurate and timely HR management information and manage information in line with data protection policies and procedures.
- Implementation of employee training programs and performance appraisals.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise administrative activities such as facility management and vendor relations.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures across departments.
- Coordinate appraisals and ensure timely performance tracking and reviews
- Address employee queries and resolve minor HR issues.
- Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions according to policy.
- Assist in administering payroll, employee benefits, and statutory remittances to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supervise administrative activities such as facility management and vendor relations to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor and enforce HR policy compliance across all departments.
- Any other tasks as assigned by line manager.

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR and administration.
- Strong communication and supervisory skills.
- Knowledge of HR policies and Nigerian labour laws.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to execute departmental plans.
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Salary
- N450,000 – N550,000 / Month.
