Job Title: Information System Management Trainee
Location: Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer expectations regarding issue resolution timelines
- Ensure users receive timely and effective support.
- Log incidents and service requets and maintain relevant records.
- Escalate complex or unresolved incidents.
- Respond to incoming service desk tickets, logging issues accurately and efficiently within the ticketing system.
- Assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of information systems to support business operations.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- 1st Class or Minimum of Second Class Upper in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information System or related discipline.
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Industry ITILv4 Certification is an added advantage.
- Previous internship experience in marketing or telecom is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and reports.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office and familiarity with IT project management tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
