1). Station Manager

Job Summary
- To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted flow of operations at the station, through effective utilization of human and material resources, and ensuring that staff at the station adhere to the rules/ regulations/ policies that govern conducts in Rainoil.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitors and evaluates station operational and marketing results and develops interventions to promote business development and growth.
- Evaluation of daily sales, meter reading, dipping and lodgements.
- Compiles and analyses periodic sales records and consolidates such reports to the Head, Retail Sales.
- Maintains excellent standards in all retail activity, driving sales and profitability through the effective deployment and development of station supervisors and cashiers in line with approved budgets.
- Coordinates both the sales of white products, the lubricants at the stations and liaising with the marketing team to ensure patronage is high in line with budgets and projections. 6. Implements HSE Standards and controls in the retail stations.
Requirements
- A minimum of an HND in a Social science, Management, Accounting, Finance or Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of two (2) years’ relevant experience in the Retail Marketing/Sales/Business development unit
- Experience working in the oil and gas or related industry
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Honesty, commitment, hardworking and self-motivation.

Job Description
- The Sales Operations role will lead the sales processes, systems, operating rigor and standard work to enable business line growth for the power services business across Sub Saharan Africa.
- The role will support the sales organization through data-driven insights, efficient sales processes, and effective performance management.
- This position will work closely with the sales team, cross-functional partners, and leadership to improve sales performance, optimize funnel hygiene, and build impactful dashboards to visualize key sales metrics.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage data analytics and reporting processes to support sales strategies and decision-making.
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key sales performance metrics, track sales health and proffer insights on analytics.
- Drive funnel hygiene management and ensure sales teams adhere to best practices for pipeline management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations etc.) to ensure alignment on sales targets and initiatives.
- Provide ongoing sales process improvement recommendations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness as well as support pipeline growth
- Partner with sales leadership to communicate performance trends, provide insights based on data and suggest areas for improvement.
- Ensure consistent use and optimization of Salesforce CRM across the sales organization.
- Align with operations to manage operating rhythms and rigor for commercial metrics including business planning cycles, forecasting and entitlement views.
- Support on developing winning strategies, and to deliver strategic Sales Campaigns. Utilize understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
- Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as needed to address business needs and questions.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
- 7+ years’ experience in technical sales, sales operations, commercial excellence
- Strong analytical and executive presentation skills
- Leadership skills to lead teams and shape/lead growth vision and market strategy
- Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
