Job Title: Learning and Development Sales Manager

Job Overview

  • Team-Ace is seeking a dynamic and results-driven learning and development sales executive to identify and secure new clients requiring staff training solutions.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in promoting corporate training programs, and will be adept at understanding client needs to offer tailored learning solutions.
  • This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by targeting organizations in need of staff training and development programs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR professionals, training managers, and decision-makers to understand their training needs.
  • Present and promote Team-Ace’s learning and development solutions to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and ROI of our programs.
  • Collaborate with the internal L&D team to design customized training proposals that meet client-specific requirements.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands to position Team-Ace’s services effectively.

Requirements

  • HND/BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in selling corporate training or learning and development solutions.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate training landscape and the ability to articulate the value of learning and development initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary
N350,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
