Job Title: Office Assistant

Location: Obanikoro, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming and assisting patients with appointments
  • Managing phone calls, emails, and patient records alongside the front desk officer
  • Maintaining office supplies and equipment
  • Supporting the Front deskwith administrative tasks
  • Ensuring a clean and organized office environment

Requirements

  • SSCE or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in an office or clinic environment preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
