Job Title: Patient Liaison & Engagement Officer (Dental Clinic)

Location: Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a friendly, smart, and proactive Patient Liaison & Engagement Officer to serve as the first point of contact for prospective and existing dental patients.
  • This person will provide helpful information about the clinic, direct patients to the clinic, follow up with clients, and improve overall patient engagement and experience.
  • This role combines customer service, communication, follow-up, and a performance-driven approach to help grow patient inflow and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Liaison & Clinic Promotion:

  • Serve as the contact person for all inquiries about the dental clinic (via phone, social media, or in person).
  • Provide clear and professional responses to patient questions about location, services, prices, and appointment availability.
  • Direct clients to the appropriate dental clinic location.

Patient Follow-Up & Communication:

  • Call and follow up with patients who have made inquiries or missed appointments.
  • Maintain records of calls, inquiries, and follow-up outcomes.
  • Encourage clients to complete their treatment by reminding and motivating them as needed.

Client Conversion & Engagement Tracking:

  • Track the number of clients you refer or encourage to visit the clinic.
  • Work with the team to improve conversion rates and overall client satisfaction.
  • Participate in outreach and community engagement activities when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification: OND, HND, or B.Sc in any discipline.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Friendly, patient-centered attitude and professional appearance.
  • Confidence in handling calls, messages, and inquiries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with patients.
  • Ability to work independently, meet performance targets, and follow through on tasks.
  • Experience in customer service, reception, or a health-related role is an added advantage.
