• The Project & Sales Support Specialist plays a vital role in onboarding new business partners and driving project success.
• You’ll work closely with our sales, implementation, and compliance teams to ensure our projects are executed smoothly, on time, and to standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate preboarding and onboarding activities for new pharmacy locations.
• Develop onboarding documents, checklists, and timelines.
• Liaise with stakeholders for business discovery and alignment.
• Track and analyze project metrics, timelines, and milestones.
• Prepare business documents, project plans, presentations, and reports.
• Maintain accurate documentation in a centralized system.
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and ensure action items are implemented.

You Should Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s or certification in Project Management is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years experience in business operations, project management, or support functions preferably in the Healthcare space.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in project and documentation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

• 95% of assigned projects completed on time and within budget.
• 95% stakeholder and customer satisfaction rating.
• High documentation accuracy and policy compliance.
