Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Sanusi Fafunwa – Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary
- The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
- This role involves handling front desk operations, managing communication channels, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly.
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
- Assist guests with sign-in procedures and direct them to appropriate departments.
Administrative Support:
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and directories.
Facility Cleaning and Maintenance:
- Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient office environment.
- Coordinate with security personnel to ensure proper visitor management.
- Ensure prompt maintenance and repairs of the facility.
Trading Support:
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups on payments.
- Provide customer support regarding product or service inquiries.
- Support procurement and logistics coordination where necessary.
Key Requirements
- Education: Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field an advantage
- Experience: 1–3 years in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within the facility management or trading industry.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Computer literate
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Salary
- N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
