Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Sanusi Fafunwa – Victoria Island, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders, ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
  • This role involves handling front desk operations, managing communication channels, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Customer Service:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly.
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the company’s services.
  • Assist guests with sign-in procedures and direct them to appropriate departments.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Assist in preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required.
  • Maintain and update company databases, records, and directories.

Facility Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Ensure a clean, safe, and efficient office environment.
  • Coordinate with security personnel to ensure proper visitor management.
  • Ensure prompt maintenance and repairs of the facility.

Trading Support:

  • Assist with order processing, invoicing, and follow-ups on payments.
  • Provide customer support regarding product or service inquiries.
  • Support procurement and logistics coordination where necessary.

Key Requirements

  • Education: Minimum of OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field an advantage
  • Experience: 1–3 years in a receptionist or administrative role, preferably within the facility management or trading industry.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Computer literate
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Salary

  • N70,000 – N100,000 monthly.
